The product itself and the delivery were excellent.The dryer is light, small extremely powerful. When you dry your hairs you do not have any issue with the position of the different switches (very often the case). The cable is longer than the average I find that very convenient. I clearly I love this product.However I received some gift coupons and I try to use it but Amazon took the money from my credit card instead and pretend that I did a mistake but since I registered the gift coupons during the transaction I could use them latter to buy something else. I am really disappointed buy this "technique to force to do another transaction with them.
