I just purchased this product and have only used it once, but so far it's been a shining star. Even my husband noticed how silky smooth and soft my hair is! The locale of the function buttons takes a little getting used to, but it does allow you change the speed and heat level without ceasing to dry your hair- which is great if you're on a limited time budget. I have thick, course, naturally curly hair, and this dryer quickly transformed my difficult hair into soft, smooth, and frizz-free tresses all in one step!
