Great hair dyer BUT lasted only 3 1/2 months...

I have very thick wavy hair. This hair did a great job at blow drying my hair beautifully and quickly and deserve's 5 stars at that. I purchased the ISO on Groupon in December of 2012 and the hair dryer stopped working the day before a big event this April. UGH... I literally freaked out because I didn't want to use my old Conair dryer when this one worked so good at styling my hair. Anyways I called the customer service in California and was told that I have to register the hair dryer online in order to send it back, no problem. THEN in order to get a replacement dryer I would have to enclose another $29.99 for shipping & handling from California to New York. The rep said she could possibly lowered the rate to $19.99.... What annoyed me is the fact that the hair dryer only lasted 3 and 1/2 months, I already paid $50.00 and they want me to pay an additional $19-$29.99 for a replacement. And what is to happen if this happens again???? No thank you! I will go and buy another 2000W hair dryer and NEVER purchase from this company.... THAT'S BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....
