100% Exchange/Returns on purchases made within two weeks.
The following must be met:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an eligible item for an exchange or refund* within two weeks of the shipment date. Returns/Exchanges received after two weeks are subject to a $15 re-stocking fee for each item. Returns/Exchanges are processed within 10 business days of receipt. Original shipping and handling fees can not be refunded. If you receive an item that is defective please call customer service and we will gladly exchange it and send it to you free of charge. If you are exchanging a product that you are not satisfied with, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways unless we are at fault for shipping a wrong or defective item. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days of the shipment date.

1. The merchandise must be returned/ exchanged in its original state. We can not accept wigs/hair pieces that have been used or worn, have loosened curls, have extremely large tangles, or emits odors.
2. The merchandise is damaged.
3. Pieces of the products are missing
4. It is past the acceptable return time of 30 days
5. Original tags and packaging are missing or damaged.

BLOW DRYER THAT GETS YOUR HAIR STRAIGHT!!!

YES YES YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!! if you want a really good look for straight hair i recommend using the red pro 3500 blow dryer with the comb this sucker gets hot and blows hard and drys the hair with body and shine then i use this flat iron........I use a heat protectant and most times (depending on hair texture) i get the hair so straight that they don't even need the flat iron. BUT IF YOU DO need a flat iron amazon has the one below........amazing!FINALLY a flat iron for ALL HAIR types. THE RED PRO SILICONE PROTEXION!!!! i'm a cosmetology student and i do alot of flat irons i messed up my other ceramic tourmaline red pro flat iron which was great (never use relaxer to clean your flat iron :'( ) but this one is PHENOMENAL!!!! Hope i spelled that correctly lol I have cut my flat iron time down soooooooooo much and i can even take larger sections and usually flat iron even course hair on the 250 and i never have to go higher then 300 if i need it........yes it does have the higher settings but i don't even need it i ordered a 2nd one for home.......i love red pro products.amazing products to use together. i've been using this a week and i have gotten 3 referrals (new clients) after them seeing my styling.........remember always use a good heat protectant! :)
