what a hair dryer...

I purchased this hair dryer because of the brand...I have had good luck with Helen Of Troy curling Irons and This dryer was recommended also to me by the sales associate from Cosmoprof where I purchased it.I am sorely disappointed that I wasted my money with this dryer and DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!WHY?... because it did not dry the hair fast, the low high ION dial was a gimmick, it did not blow cold air just cooler air... it pulled client hair into the air in-take end of the dryer, it left the clients with frizzier hair than when they came in to the salon, and it shut itself off after 2 months use from overheating(I let it cool for 5 minutes before turning it back on like the instructions said to do if it shut down), then 1 week later it shut down completely and refused to turn back on!. with a 30 day warranty, I could not send it back for a refund.with a school grade I give this an F for F F FLUNK - F F FAIL - F F FORGET THIS DRYER
