I recently purchased this hair dryer....no problems with how it drys or styles my hair....I actually like how it does this....but, the cord keeper only worked two times before it would no longer store the cord inside the hair dryer for me....a bit disappointed about this as that was one of the reasons I bought this particular hair dryer....didn't want my cord hanging out when not in use. Overall it drys and styles great....cord keeper a minus.
