This is a replacement for my wall mounted Sunbeam 1500, which lasted for 15 years! These models are for commercial use in hotels and do not come in a retail looking package, but a plain white box. The mounting plate was exactly the same as my 1500, so right out of the box and right on the wall. The dryer has 2 speeds, high and low. The ON and OFF buttons are on the base, so when you return the dryer to the base, it automatically shuts off.The convenience of having the dryer mounted on the wall is one of those things, that once you have it, it's hard to live without!!!

product was very good, just like one my wife used in a Hampton Inn in Fairfax, Va. on our Feb. trip. It made her happy so it made me happy. Shipping time was excellent.
