This hair dryer was a huge disappointment for me. First of all I didn't feel like it dried my hair any quicker than my $20 dryer from a big box store. Secondly everytime I turned it on and off I had to turn the air and heat settings all the way up again- a total pain. Ive had others where you just switch on to high or low and cool-shot, but the multiple digital settings created a huge pain. Also, the on off button is placed such that i accidently bump it and turn it off with the palm of my hand while drying my hair. The worst by far though, is that I've been using it for a month and it will no longer turn on!
