This dryer last three months before the heating element went. I expect a bit more for something this expensive. When I contacted this seller they were rude and dismissive. I beg you to please not waste your money!

Bought this dryer in September, thought it was so cute! Then in the middle of doing a client the heating element went! How Embarrassing! Then I call Chi and they tell me I need to mail it back to them with a processing fee! Excuse me, less then a year old and they want me to fork out more money for a processing fee and than they will replace the dryer. I am NOT Happy with this!Sell products that work!

I've been using Chi products as long as I remember. Bought this dryer 5 months ago, today while I was drying my hair it began to smoke and then blew...pretty scary!! This is the worst Chi product I have ever purchased. DON'T BUY!!!
