Favorite hair dryer -- have had it for years.

Thought someone should review what a wonderful hair dryer this is. My sister picked it out for me over three years ago, and I've loved it ever since. Hinged filter does make for easy cleaning, two heat/speed settings are handy, and I do believe it really helps stop frizz. Mostly use the included Concentrator to help straighten my hair. Would recommend to anyone, though be wary of keeping your finger over the power button -- instead hold handle near the cool shot button so you don't accidentally turn it off.

Not the one in the picture

I ordered this unit based on the picture in the listing, having used the exact one previously. I received a different model. Although the company rep said it was the same thing I wasn't getting the same results from the new model. The company emailed me a return shipping label and I'll be returning it. The frizz is better but not what I was hoping for.
